Refund and Returns Policy

Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Should you cancel your order, you will receive a refund to your bank account and any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be borne by you and will be deducted from the total before the refund.

Domestic orders

Returns

  1. Returns will only be accepted in the case of a manufacturing defect or dispatch of incorrect item. Please note that while our intent is to capture the product colour as accurately as possible, minor colour variations in the website picture and the product you receive may occur. This could be because of light settings, angle of picture and nature of fabric. This does not form grounds for a return.
  2. Returns on the basis natural weaving variations, visible threads, or uncut threads/zari on the reverse side are not allowed since these are natural occurances in handwoven sarees.
  3. Your return request should be sent by email to [email protected] or our Whatsapp number +1 7326379003 within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery of parcel will not be eligible for returns.
  4. If you receive your order in a parcel and packaging that appears to have been tampered with, damaged or is in an unsealed condition, you are advised not to accept such a parcel and do not open the package.   5. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrived damaged, you need to email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with the return request as per step 2.
  6. Upon receipt of your request, we shall examine the same and send you an authorization of return within 5 working days. Upon receipt of the authorization, the product must be couriered back in original packing to Lonikul Attire’s registered address.
  7. The product being returned must be in its original unused condition and sent along with original bill and tags intact.
  8. We aim to process all returns within 7 working days.
  9. Once we receive the product in it’s original condition, a refund will be sent to your original credit or debit card used for payment within 7 working days but we cannot guarantee the time taken by the bank authorities. In this case return shipping charges and a stocking fee might be applicable.

Exchanges

We now offer a one-time exchange option for our customers.

  1. Exchange requests must be sent to [email protected] or our Whatsapp number +1 7326379003 within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.
  2. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original tags and bill intact.
  3. All products sent for exchange will be inspected upon receipt. If the product is found to be used, damaged, or not in its original condition, we reserve the right to decline the exchange request. In such cases, the original saree will be sent back to you.
  4. Exchange approvals are at the sole discretion of Lonikul Attire and will be based on the inspection outcome.
  5. Once the product passes inspection, you can select an alternate product for exchange, and we will ship it to you.
  6. If you are unable to find a suitable replacement, we will issue you gift card equivalent to the order value. The gift card will be valid for one year from the date of issue.

International orders

  1. Please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders, due to the high cost and complexity of cross-border logistics making it unfeasible.
  2. In the rare event of a genuine defect in the product you receive, we will assess the issue and offer a partial refund, the amount of which will be determined on a case-by-case basis after review by our team.
  3. To initiate this, please email clear photographs of the defect along with your order details to [email protected] or our Whatsapp number +1 7326379003 within 48 hours of receiving the parcel.
